Digital Photography& Imaging Exercises.

Exercises.
Exercise 1.
For our lecture, we learned how to use Adobe Photoshop, which was my first time to use it and I was quite excited. Where we learn how to edit a person into a picture background, and how to create shadows to make the person look very natural in the edited picture. So, for our exercise one, we were to edit ourselves into the photo of a Hearst mansion.

First my friend helped me to take a picture of me .

The final outcome for exercise one.

Above are the process for my exercise one.

Exercise 2.
For our exercise two, we learned how to use a vector mask.  Where we learned how to create a ghost house by editing the house and ghost bride into the background picture.

Then for our exercise two, we were to make another ghost house using different pictures. Below are the final outcome.

Below are the progress for exercise two.

Exercise three.
For week three we learned to recolor black and white photos, by coloring each layer and filling the background color.

Below is my final outcome for exercise three.

Exercise four.
For our exercise four, we learned how to replace the texture on a picture, using the displacement map.

So for my exercise 3, I decided to put elephant skin texture on a cat and below are my final outcome and progress.

Exercise 5.
For our exercise five, we were to create a sky castle using HD photos.

Added the castle using the brush tool to erase off the background.

Then added a huge boulder using the brush tool, erasing off the background and attached it to the castle to make it look like its floating.

Colored the boulder using the brush tool to match the colors with the background.

Added the mountain using the brush tool to erase the background.

Colored the mountain using a brush tool to match the tone colors with the background to make it look more natural.
